A comfort vegan is:

"Definately no more eggs. Never say never on the cheese. :-) There will be certain milk products I won't make a big deal about when I eat them occasionally, e.g. ice cream or pizza dough. Also I believe yeast is a no-no for vegans... which makes it hard to find decent bread to eat and I'm not sure I want to make a big deal about that.

Please tell me there's a wide variety of "vegan-ness" and I can continue to be part of that group."

A comfort vegan is generally someone that's really close to entirely being a vegan or a vegan that can take mistakes in stride from a random person feeding them.
